Terms of Service

3D Prints is my side-hustle. Remember, that I have family, regular 9-to-5 job and life!
I have limited number of printers. By placing an order you agree to the TOS even if you don’t read it.
By placing an order you are concluding a contract for 3D print in exchange of money.
TOS are subject to change, but only for orders dated later than time of change.

Ordering rules - Offered 3D Headbases

  1. Select headbase from the offer.
  2. Provide base size in mm. Bases up to ~270 mm are printed without the need of welding.
  3. The complete base has following parts (unless project I have says different - ask): Top base, jaw, eyeblanks, nose (if available), teeth, eyelids (if available).
  4. Headbases will have welds sanded. I print bases usually in white, black or gray PLA, depending on what’s available.
  5. Extra services like painting teeth, nose, etc. are paid extra according to the pricing.
  6. Standard colors for noses: black or base color, teeth: white, eyeblanks: white.
  7. Time to start printing depends on trello queue.
  8. Average TAT is 5-7 business days. That might change but you will be notified.
  9. Post-processing time depending on the level of complexity.
  10. Standard headbase size is ~260 mm.
  11. YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR OWN EARS AND FOAM LINING.

Other prints - including base models that YOU provide

  1. I can print other stuff like claws, eyeblanks etc. and non-furry stuff.
  2. I can do simple modelling, like custom made blanks if you have base photo / shape, simple piercings etc.
  3. Send me an STL or OBJ file for analysis. I’ll reply if I can print it and how much it will cost.
  4. Payment is done as stated in “Payment” section.

FDM Print Quality

  1. 3D Print in FDM technology is imperfect by nature.
  2. Items made in FDM 3D Print technology have visible print layers. The thicker the layer, the more visible it is.
  3. Layer visibility is not a valid complaint reason.
  4. If you want really smooth 3d-printed surface you need to sand and paint it.
  5. Sanding and painting is not included in the price nor is a standard service.
  6. 3D headbases and large, glued/welded prints won’t be sanded across all the surface, only on welds.

Payment, shipping

  1. Usually international shipping service, or delivery to locker if you are based in Poland.
  2. Shipping price is not included in print price and depends on package size.
  3. Payment: Revolut, or if you are based in Poland - BLIK. I can agree to Paypal if there is no other option.
  4. Payment in advance before I start working, after confirming your order.

Order cancellation

  1. If you want to cancel you order, I will do a partial refund. I will keep 30% deposit as a contractual penalty.
  2. Whenever I cancel your order on any reason, I will issue you a full refund.
  3. I reserve the right to cancel you order any time for any reason (full refund applies), and the right to not accept your commission for any reason.
  1. Print queue on Trello usually goes from top to the bottom.
  2. I keep Trello up-to-date.
  3. Checked element on the list means that part is printed. You can ask for photo proof (Usually I’ll send you progress once a day).
  4. I reserve the right to change order in print queue to optimize printer attending time (i.e. making long prints at night).

Complaints and issues

  1. Should there be any problem with the product you’ve ordered from me, do not hesitate to contact.
  2. I respond as fast as I can and we can find a solution.
  3. I cannot be held accountable for any user-made damage to bases or eyes or using parts incorrect way.
  4. Should there be a sizing issue caused by my incorrect measuring, I will replace your ill-sized base print with new one free of charge, but only once. You need to return bad print to me, and I will ship a new one to you.
